This works like you might know it from TV. You’ll be in a Team of four and each of the team members will prepare a meal for the others once. (probably one that’s typical for your native country). You then decide with how many points out of then you’ll rank this meal and send this info to the organisors. They will then figure out the winners of the first round, who will enter the second round. The final winner will be announced at the farewell party.
Now it is time to get your spoons, pots and pans and to empty your fridge, because it is time to get ready for the perfect dinner! :)
And this is how it works:
We will divide you into groups of 4-5 people (consisting of exchange students and Austrians) and each person will have to cook for the others of the group once within a certain period. After each dinner every group member (except the cook him/herself) has to give points for the meal (1-10 points - 10 is the highest) . In the end the winner (the cooking champion) will be awarded a great prize!
The food doesn't have to be expensive and you also don't have to spend a lot of time on preparing it. And even if you think that you cannot cook - we are sure you can, since everbody can cook at least some pasta ;) So it is really just about getting together and spending a cozy afternoon/evening together.
